Three small, freely movable wooden balls inside. The handle ends carved with crowned queen's busts. Silver handle collars (different). Blade with tip on the cutting edge, smith's mark and indistinctly inscribed PDMAU. Fork tip with three tines, baluster-shaped fork neck.
